Subject	What pressure runs through hicas elimination fitting?

Message	When using a hicas elimination fitting such as the one sold by Z1, what pressure is coming through the fitting? Is it high pressure? Is there any worry about cavitation of fluid coming back into the reservoir? Picture below for reference
